Does anyone know how to recover a Google account/gmail account password when we don’t have admin access to the account. They don’t use this account for email. It’s the account their social media assets were created on. So they don’t use it everyday. Hence they don’t have the password. And everytime I try to reset the password it tells me to contact the administrator for the account. The person that set this account up no longer works for the company and isn’t on good terms with the company.

I’ve just come into the equation and now they have a excel spreadsheet with ALL of their usernames and passwords for ALL of their accounts.

@lisaschulteis Thanks so much for helping me! They’ve signed up for their Google Places with their account and some other accounts… But the one I’m trying to access is their Google Places account. I need to sign them up for YouTube with this account.
