I’m not the owner of the Facebook Place. The business is now a client of mine. The Facebook Place was started by someone that is no longer associated with the business and they took themselves off as an admin for the account. But the account is asking for a password and we don’t have the password and Facebook won’t let us change the password. Please help!

@amyhallbiz Was the original set up as a “place” and not a “page?” There is a duplicate “place” for our business that was created (we assume) by individuals listing they have been employed at the company. However this “place” is not linked to our business “PAGE” that has address information. Thus when someone clicks on the company name from an individual’s profile there is not any company information. I have not found a way to resolve this and I am wondering if you may have had the same issue?
