6 months, 3 weeks ago: Morning,All this talk about Reach has me examining the reach on pages I manage. In the Insights graph, I usually have reach that is about 3 times the number of Likes. 572 Likes but 1600 reach for any particular week. How is the Reach for that week calculated?
If I look at the individual Reach numbers under the posts made during that week, they do not add up to the number given in the graph. There’s a big difference.
Also, I hear that only 16% of your Likes actually see your posts. How can I determine that % through my own data? I understand Reach includes people who have not necessarily Liked the page. So, unless that Reach is coming from a paid ad or promotion, it is because people who do Like the page are sharing it with their communities, right?
Writing a blog about this and want to have my facts straight, so of course I must ask this wonderful community!
Thanks for your responses.Michelle
