I have a huge problem with facebook for the last couple days. It all started on the 24th of august when all my fanpage sites were deleted by facebook with no warning or anything before. Just like that all my ~60 fanpages were deleted. As far as i’m concerned i didn’t break any point of terms (wasn’t sending spam, didn’t offend anybody or anyone, nothing with drugs, sex, violence etc.). I was just posting some pics. They also deleted fanpages that i wasn’t even updating for a year or more, simply deleted all of them! I had in total about 1. 000 000 ppl there so i’m bit depressed about this situation.

Later, on the 27th of august i got another email from facebook, that my private account has been deleted. I wasn’t posting on my wall for a long long time, just used fb to contact with my friends, like or comment smth, administrate my fanpage sites, and that’s it. I had this account from 2010 if i remember corectly, it had over 300 friends, was verified by the phone (sms).

I’ve sent a lot of emails to facebook but no answer. I tried to call them, but only machine is talking to me. Will be more then happy if u guys can help me out somehow. I have no idea what can i do more to get my fanpages and my private account back. If you need any more details feel free to ask.

Thanks Moin for your answer. It was ~60 fanpages, only one was my website fanpage (i was posting images only like shoes, hot guys, etc. Website was targeted to woman) , and rest of fanpages were strictly funny sites also targeted to woman (e.x. he doesn’t know that but he’s going to be my husband, you’re hot, we’re going to sleep together etc., most of them had about 2 years) and i was posting only funny images (funny texts, situations, handsome guys – no nudity at all).

I know that chance of having an answer from facebook are around 0% that’s why i’m writing here, maybe some of you know anybody working there and may help me somehow

I hope it won’t sound rude or smth but they mean so much to me, that i can pay for help (if i will have my things back – private account and all fanpages). Not a lot, because i’m a student or send some gift from my lovely country

@sara-koranska first thing want to clear is that all member (including you and me) are here to help each other and to learn new things(obviously about fb marketing!) so i don’t think money or other prizes matter here. Do not talk about it, at least not to me, believe me if it has any solution, we will definitely bring it to you anyhow. May be it take time, but we will research and will sort if possible. By the way can you please type-in some page urls here and also your profile url. Or you can message me if privacy is the concern for you for your fb profile.Let’s hope we come to any positive outcome

Claudia: Don’t think so, but even if this is a case, would they delete all my fanpages ?! Not one or two, all of them ! Some of them weren’t even updated for a year or smth ! Still, don’t think i’ve offended anybody, because i was very careful about it (i had milion ppl there, i didn’t want to lose them but it happened anyway but would love to know why). And let’s assume that somebody reported me, don’t i have any rights to explain myself ?!

Moin: I think it’s pointless cause everywhere is “site like this doesn’t exist anymore/page cannot be found” ;(

@sara-koranska Hi, try joining this group and ask the question there https://www.facebook.com/groups/fbdevelopers/. Some folks from Facebook might get back to you. But not guaranteed

@sara-koranska What were the pages about? What did you post there? Facebook doesn’t delete it without any reason.

@sara-koranska Hmm. If you didn’t violate any policy and pages didn’t get reported, it’s really hard to tell. I’d use every channel which Facebook offers to contact them. 

@sara-koranska That sounds pretty bad. Unfortunately, I have no idea what the reason might be and I don’t have a direct contact to Facebook, sorry.
