I know someone who converted their 5000 friends to Likes but then due to an e-mail glitch lost the capability to log into that Page and now it’s just hanging there despite 100s of messages to Facebook to restore access.
The things to watch out for are setting the Facebook e-mail for the login. I would create another Facebook profile to have admin access to the WDWRadio one just in case something goes wonky. The requests will also all be converted into Likes. If you open up your subscribe button on your personal profile then that may be a solution for you.
The good thing about personal profiles are that they are more visible than Pages so you may want to consider that before converting. Why do you want to convert the personal profile over? Do you need to advertise it or run contests or have apps on that page? If not, I would consider keeping the personal profile and just opening the subscribe button and having your brand page as well.
