    I have used the ContactMe contact form app for some of the pages I manage on Facebook, but I currently have some problems with this app: I only see a blank page (even if I ‘show all content’) and when I try to ‘customize my form’ I get redirected to a webpage with an error message (IE cannot display the webpage).

    Does anyone else use this app and face the same problem?

    Is there  an alternative free contact form that you would recommend?

    Hi Claudia,

    can you ask someone, who is not manager of your page, to take a look on the Tab? You can post a link here ;)

    I think there is a bug in Facebook – sometimes page admins can’t display the content of the tab. It never happened to me, but maybe this may be the case.

    You can also check the tab in another browser, fe. Chrome. Does it work?

    Great tipp, @ladik_ . I tried to enter the app via Chrome and indeed, I did not only get a blank screen. But: the page now displayed the error message again (cannot display the webpage – within the app). Weird.

    I will test with some more browsers. Somehow I will get it fixed for me, too. Good to know that at least our fans won’t end up in nowhere ;-)

    I see it as well. Took like 20 seconds to load but historically, third party app pages take a little longer to view. Especially for admins since the admin preview is what loads.
