Just as you shouldn’t replace your website by a Facebook page (but rather have the FB page additionally to your website), you shouldn’t replace your company related e-mail address with an FB e-mail account. You can influence the development of your company, but not the development of Facebook. Who knows for how much longer it will exist, what comes next that takes the crowd away to another platform or how FB might set up their rules®ulations to eventually take over the ownership of your e-mail contacts…
