business page vs personal profile linked to business page on facebook (3 posts)

    It is too bad that most tutorials out there trying to help individuals set up their page using iframes show from a page that is linked to a profile (or personal page).  The difference between a business page linked to a profile and a business page that is not linked to a profile has no search capacity at the top of the page and on and on.  

    I wish that people creating these tutorials would know this.  Because the page looks quite different and the links to do something are not the same.

    If someone knows of some good tutorials with iframes with a true business facebook page would be helpful.  HELP!

    okay i think i figured it out.. but i still see the config app pics etc across the top..  i figure these pics show up only on my page since the homepage says admin panel.. gosh it’s hard to think o early in the morning..

    Most of the Pages out there are linked to a personal profile, that’s why the tutorials are set up like that.  I had a recent post about it here:  http://www.socialmediaexaminer.com/integrating-your-facebook-page-with-your-facebook-profile/

    Sounds like you got the Apps worked out though.  The Apps do function just the same on both Pages so you should be able to install them the same.
