Bulk Emailing on Facebook? (5 posts)

    I’m trying to send out an email blast on Facebook and it won’t let me create lists of more than 20 people at a time.  What a pain! 

    Any suggestions?

    @gregorybuford I am not a FB maverick by any means but I do know this FB is not a bulk emailer. You should be mailing from your email list provider e.g. mailchimp, aweber, constant contact. One of those that are   in the business of mailings.

    I generally would but the problem is that I have to know the emails of every one of my friends and I don’t.

    @ptwyli ‘s right. There was a day when you could ‘Update’ All your fans at a time, but those times have long past.

    No you are correct,  @gregorybuford – you have to limit your e-mail blasts to 20 at a time and it’s a big pain.  Sometimes having friends lists can help make it easier but it’s not fun if you are going to try and send out mass mail.  Some people don’t like that you do send out mass mailings through Facebook so I would watch that as well.
