Hi Team -I am interested in collaborating with other social media managers/community managerts/marketing folk etc. who are responsible for B2B facebook (or other social channel) marketing.I am very happy with the brand page that I manage for LivePerson. We have a solid following and what I believe is an interesting presence with cool features like live chat right in facebook, but I want to kick it up to the next level. I am curious to know how other B2B social media folk are attracting and engaging the right customers through available social channels. Have you tried B2B focused promotions? Are you required to track social ROI? These are just a few of the topics I am looking to discuss further. HI Terra Good topic I amm just looking to really boost my Facebook presence and so I am doing things to attract new people, and get lots of buzz going. To me it is always important to keep attracting new people as it is that newness that keeps your old fans interested and sharing.
Since Faccebook’s regular users are mostly there to have fun and hang out, not really do business I am always thinking of new ways I can add infotainment to what I offer, learning to add new videos and make interesting pictures in picmonkey have worked for me to attract new folks. @BoomerMary

@terralynnemrkulic Hi Terra. I am in. We manage a few businesses pages and I am really interested to see how some other FB managers handle their or clients pages. I also would like to take part as i also have a few ideas but need more of a full cycle what needs to be done or a check list when running a campaign.

I am definitely interested. I don’t manage any pages for clients as yet but I have a few website development clients that might be looking to set up a FB page presence. This could be the kind of forum topic that could be quite useful. And, I will have to make sure I share anything I might learn from my end.

I am already following – great topic! I manage SM presence for B2B customers, mostly on LinkedIn but I keep looking at FB and for each customer we discuss if to add a FB presence. I have found that it is a per customer question and so I have some on FB as well. I would love to hear others experiences.
