I recently started helping a friend who owns 2 exercise studios. For some reason, she set up a business page for one location, and a community page for her 2nd location.  Now we would like to merge the two pages, somehow getting all the fans who liked the community page over to her business page and closing that community page down.  Is there any way to do this –other than directly asking the fans to go “like” the other page? 

@leila @alexandrabriggs  So it really depends – the true “Community Pages” aren’t owned by anyone and look different, like this:  http://www.facebook.com/pages/Guy-Kawasaki/112237392125551?ref=ts&fref=ts

But if she created it, and it says Community Page, what she probably did is fill in an “Official Page” in the Basic Information area.  This then labels the page as a Community Page for some reason but she still will have control over it.  And in that case she can merge it.
