There is something Constant Contact offers called Nutshell – on that you can combine Facebook postings, linkedIn, and Twitter.  Check out Constant Contact (which name, by the way, certainly indicates the challenge we’re in!).

Hi, have you tried TweetDeck. It’s a free Web app that allows to manage several Twitter and FB accounts on one site. See http://www.tweetdeck.com.

@suchigoyal, I would recommend caution about blitzing the exact same thing out at the same time across all your accounts. Each channel has it’s own “language”, audience & acceptable rate of  how many times you post to be effective vs. annoying.

I would recommend instead of linking everything to use something like Hootsuite, Buffer, Tweetdeck where you can schedule individually & not over flood. That said, I haven’t seen something that automates Pinterest or Google+ yet, but I’m sure it’s in the works. Oh, one other service that helps you put together effective “campaigns” is Roost.
