Adding fans to an event page from a profile (6 posts)

    Hi all … apologies in advance if this has been touched on before.

    I have a client that has a FB profile page with over 2000 friends.

    We need to add them to our events pages which we have over three each week.

    Is there a way to add friends to the events without having to manually invite them? Perhaps I missed it but I didn’t see a “invite all friends” tick box.

    I got to over 700 on the list in about an hour. So I am trying to see if I can invite them without it being such a time suck.

    Thank you for any advice.

    No unfortunately there is no Invite all friends box!  It’s manual @robinoshaughnessy and very time consuming.  I haven’t done a big invite in awhile but I would suggest batching it.  In the past I’ve been a bunch of people in and then it freezes up.

    I create 3 events every 6 weeks for the courses I run. tedious for sure but is a way to raise awareness. I never count on them for real students but you can message guests, make them feel like insiders, give them special tips, etc.

    sad face @andrea-vahl but thank you for the confirmation and reply. 
    I was hoping I had just somehow overlooked it. :D

    My client has at least three events per week and it’s extremely time consuming to add these folks to the events.
