That is really strange – I’ve never seen that.  Sometimes I’ve seen that it doesn’t have insights if it’s configured as a Community page but that is a Place/Page.  I don’t know why.  I think you may have to submit a Facebook help question:  www.facebook.com/help  Although Facebook is not known for customer service  Anyone else seen this before?

Thanks, @andrea-vahl. It’s linked to my other thread and since it was a community page initially, this could be the reason. But now I merged it with a ‘place’ but still no insights. I am actually not sure if my page is now a place, or still somewhere in the background a ‘community page’.

With 228 fans, would you actually recommend to start all over again or would you try to get the problems fixed?

Thanks for the tipp, @iamconsulting! Unfortunately that’s not working either. In the meantime I have found a related thread on the Facebook forum and have added my comment. I hope this issue gets solved soon.  

Hi Claudia. I had the same problem and when I tranfserred to Timeline my insights appeared.

Hi @rosiebaillie, no insights at all. I recently merged the ‘page’ with an existing ‘place’ and now I hope that I get access to the insights as soon as I cross the 30 new fans line since the merge.
