WordPress Plugin for a Leaner Management System ? (3 posts)

So I have created online courses using WordPress before, which is fairly easy with a membership and forum plugin. After that all that is need to add content, media, documents, etc… and you are on your way.
But is there anyway a learner management system can be integrated ? and is WordPress even the right platform? I know that BuddyPress Courseware kind of fulfills this function, but have you tried or used something else?
I would love you feedback and suggestions?

@geoffrey-gordon I’ve never created a course or membership site, but I did just recently run across WPMU which has a ton of plugins / themes for various WordPress uses including membership sites. Might be worth poking around.

@kristi-hines thanks I was looking there. I know a lot of membership website plugins, but not many that focus on “learner management system”.
Ones that track the learner process like… modules, give assignment, quizzes, track completion of course and marks.
