Hey guys My blog is very new and although I have other blogs where I monetise them through affiliate offers cpa ETC I wanted to take my time to develop a good strategy for my personal blog. I would like suggestions what people think are the best ways to start monetising my blog of this style Dynamite Marketing Online I was not planning on monetising it for a while my primary focus was to deliver quality content plus also build a subscriber / social base over time. Although it would be nice to start generating a revenue to cover my time.
So anyway I am open to suggestions to what people think or have done in the past to start generating an income of this style of blog I was thinking affiliate offers would be the way to go before I start developing my own products.

I see WordPress has several Adsense plugins.
ARe there prefered adsense plugins which help create a better feel?

Is it frowned upon to include adsense ads in your blog or sidebar?

PayPal – Make a donation. I had one set up on a site with minimal traffic and get a little every week. I gave options $1, $5, $12,000 (for a new car), and enter your own amount. A lot of 1′s and 5′s. No 12,000 – but I tried.

Bigger site with better traffic and make it funny, you might get a surprise.

Also like linking to Amazon and similar sites.

yea I have a few  AdSense blogs you need allot of traffic to make a decent amount of AdSense and probably a bunch of sites also.
