You know when you are looking around the web and you see a site that you want to use, don’t bother at the time to Evernote it, and then several weeks later can’t remember the URL? 

There’s a good, well-known quality site where you can Tweet something and people either  vote it up or down? Can anyone tell me what its called?

@kristi-hines – I am sure you have heard of it. It has taken me a whole SIX WEEKS to re-remember what it was. Getting old or what?
