I am taking micaels’ advise thank you but have gor stuck on this question – I dont know anything about feeds and where to find the answer to this question. Any help appreciated preferrably and ‘idiots guide!’ Thanks!

They’re asking about RSS feeds. The easiest way to do it is to go to Feedburner.com and sign up there. They will create the RSS feed for you. Then, go back to Technorati and enter that feed.
It will be something like feedburner.com/feed/YOUR_BLOG_NAME

Found the answer here incase anyone else struggling. Technorati have a backlog so I am now in a Queue.

Your blog feed is typically your blog URL followed by the URL /feed/
For example http://www.socialmediaexaminer.com/feed/
