@chrisldyson  I am a new Evernote user and liked the analogies you used: walking your dog, Breaking Bad. Also, examples of how you use it.  The paragraph headers were hard to read with the shadows, but that might be because I am getting older.

@robert-regehr  Liked the links to resources needed in refinancing.  Also, liked the emphasis on the value of locking of a fractional lower rate.

 @momoh-yakubu  I learned a new word, funkify!   I am not a code person, so that was way over my head, but your intro paragraph was catchy and it drew me to the article.
