I use multiple ping services and I noticed that my articles are indexed and ranked faster.

Sharing them on social media and having them shared by other people also helps.

@eugenoprea Thanks for jumping in on that.  I just use the base ping services built into WordPress – haven’t given it much thought outside of those.  :)
