    dear colleagues

    i have had trouble thinking of a name for our blog, facebook and ultimately domain name

    we are going to give information on mental health and substance abuse claims.. my twin is one of the top people in the usa on this topic..and will also be offering consultancy in a myriad of health markets

    we both have crazy notions for a name and i personally wanted to call it

    fixthefile

    julia did not like it

    but she wants 

    neoticgist

    any help or suggestions would be appreciated.am at a standstill

    You definitely want to pick something that’s easy to say, pronounce, and remember. I would remember FixTheFile. I don’t even know how to pronounce Neoticgist. I definitely wouldn’t remember it.

    But I would also make the domain name more descriptive about what it is you do. JuliaMentalHealth (or use her last name) is very descriptive, and easy to remember.

    I agree with Erik. The name should relate to mental health and it should reflect a relevant, caring tone since mental health is profoundly important and particularly valuable to the individuals who seek out information from you. Maybe try something like GetMentalHealthy or MentalHealthfromJulia or MentalHealthInfo or CaringMentalHealth or JuliaCares or JuliaMentalHealthInfo.  

    Don’t go for clever … go for caring!

    There is a great sight you might want to look into call BustaName. It allows you to enter keywords that you would like to have as a domain name. It will also show you if that domain name is available for purchase.

    I used this service when I was trying to find a name for my business. I hope this helps!
