Social Media Examiner has an awesome newsletter subscribe box that appears beneath every post as well as on the blog sidebar – it allows visitors to easily join by entering their name and email address directly on the page.  I am just wondering if anyone knows of Wordpress plugins that are able to do this. Specifically, looking for good-looking plugins (for sidebar, within post content and/or footer bar) that capture email addresses and also promote incentives for joining (E-Book, Giveaways, etc). Any recommendations?
