Hi,

I am creating a website where I have to add Testimonial widget with rotating testimonial in sidebar area & having submit testimonial button at the bottom and when user clicks on the button that goes to a form where customer puts the testimonial and add submit than He should see the message that says “your testimonial is pending and will be publish soon”.

I hope this work could be done with the widget but unfortunately, I unable to find that widget.

Thanks for quick response Mac but its the widget can only be used in pages with shortcode. Is there any way to use it in the widget section?

Secondly, when you used the shortcode to show in the pages there only showing the button which you clicks than form appeares but I want to show the form at the front end instead of clicking the button than form appears.

@ayaz1 This plugin ( http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/use-shortcodes-in-sidebar-widgets/ ) supposedly lets you use shortcodes in Text widgets. It might help get the one you want in your sidebar.
