@howwhowhen sent a friend request on FB.  Would much prefer to do things there than on G+.

I think you are on to something here with comments. If you are looking for a faster way to do this consider using the SYNDD network.
It is a paid service but you have access to 1500 bloggers who will do commenting for you. It is much more advanced then just comments. It works on a point system you get what you put into it or you can pay for points if you are in a rush for results.
I have seen great results in Social Media within 20 working days.

@brianmcf I’ve heard of SYNND and looks pretty interesting. I might actually use it for certain projects. I like the FB group though as it is a little more personable and conducive to getting constructive comments.
