GuestBlogging.com & Jon Marrow (5 posts)

  • I’ve been looking at this program for a while. I really need some help driving new visitors to my site and I know guest blogging on my area of expertise would do it but I’m not sure where/how to start.

Has anybody heard of this guy or better yet gone through the program?

  • I haven’t gone through his program, but I’ve been following his work on Copyblogger for a few years, and his Boost Blog Traffic blog since he launched it not that long ago.  He’s the real deal.  You could spend some time reading though his posts on Copyblogger and over at his blog to get a feel for what he has to offer. I’ve heard nothing but good things.  But again, I’ve never been through his program.

  • Thanks Kimberly …

  • Check out My Blog Guest, Mike. Ann Smarty and her crew dispense all the information you need. Check the FAQ’s, read the forums and ask questions. Plenty of folks are willing to help.

Of course, Jon Morrow’s course is valuable–but, either way you go on that, check out My Blog Guest (MBG). I’ve been a member there for several months, and the MBG group has helped me considerably.

  • @mikelinville Danny Iny from Firepole Marketing took his course, and he was very successful at going from his own blog to writing at sites like Copyblogger, Problogger, and other big names.  He wrote a bit about it here: http://www.firepolemarketing.com/blog/2011/08/01/freddy-krueger/.  You could also check out the reviews which were left in the form of blog comments: http://guestblogging.com/reviews/.  At least that way you can, in most cases, look up the authors’ blogs and maybe see how well they’ve done with guest blogging since using the program.
