On another thread, there is discussion about customizing the Tweentyeleven theme. I think it would be great to see some of those in action. I you are running your blog on Twentyeleven, AND have done some cool mods, list the URL here.

nope… and they probably won’t for awhile. i’d venture a guess to say that once the weather breaks semi-regularly for spring/summer (it sits on the edge of a golf course) they’ll want that feature enabled & in which case will probably be worked into the site as opposed to being the first thing people come too… that’s a speculative MAYBE lol
i wanted to get them on a CMS & since WP has been easy to work with on my end, they should be fairly comfortable changing the content. i know a lot of people see it as a straight blogging platform, i see some value in letting clients generate their own content & changes (i’m no longer in the game of chasing clients down everyday for content & updates… too time consuming & i certainly don’t have the time to create it ‘smirk/quasi-chuckle but not enough for a lol’)

@jasonwiser @chrisloeser I use WP as a CMS for almost all my sites (many of which aren’t, and never will be, blogs). To my mind, it’s a wonderfully intuitive and easy-to-use “straight” CMS that also happens to work well for blogs.
