We are diving into 2012 and I would love to hear what are your goals for this year.
You can talk about your main objectives and also short term goals.
To start off, my main objective is to get in front of a larger audience through guest posting and interviews and then bring those people to my homebase (EugenOprea.com) to increase my subscriber list.
On short term I am working on a redesign, I want to add new post formats on my blog and increase my customer base on My Online Business Team.
Other than this I hope to attend one or two conferences this year.

no numerical goals.
but i want / need to introduce more multimedia types.
no longer just text articles but i need to include more videos, slideshare presentations and eventually a podcast.
im looking at changing to headway 3.0 but im a little scared.
also want some guest posts on some decent blogs

My business goals for 2012 are:
1. Create 2 e-books: 1 to give away to email list and 1 to sell
2. Build my email list
3. Write a least 1 guest post each month.
My fantasy goal: to have a guest post on an A-List site like Copyblogger.

@eugenoprea My main focus in 2012 will be on keep maintaining my multi-authors blog, developing a couple of new plugins for WP, and child themes for thesis.

My goals this year are fairly basic.
- Get necessary funding for my legal services business.
- I would actually like to get paid by one of my businesses (I don’t care which one).
- Increase traffice to my blog post and create a give and take dialog with my readers.
- Turn prospects into customers.
