While Adwords will see a decline in revenues through 2012 and beyond as the small players get pushed out Adwords by Google’s smart pricing, meaning corporations will rule the Adwords roast.
Google Plus will double its user base by the end of 2012 and will make a lot of acquisitions to become feature sets of what I predict will become Google’s only product offering.
We are already seeing the changes at Google with the facelifts of all of their User experiences and tighter integration of Google +.
Relationship Marketing will be one of the tenets to your success also in 2012.
