-Google sometimes sends $100 free coupons. Those are really good because you can play around and get to know the system for free in the beginning. See if Google will send you one. Also hosting companies like HostMonster sometimes do promotions so check with them too.
-If you want to find good sets of keywords you can use tools like SpyFu.com and see what other websites in your niche are using. You can also type in competitor’s website URL into Google’s AdWords Keyword Tool and it will tell you what keywords they rank for.
-Set your daily limit to something you feel comfortable spending (like say $10) – that way you can do some test campaigns and watch them over a few weeks to see how they perform.
-The best tip I could give you is when you send PPC traffic to your site, it’s probably a good idea to capture their email with a squeeze page and then follow up with them (maybe email them or send them to an autoresponder). If you send PPC traffic to your website and it’s not optimized for lead capture, you won’t get your money’s worth out of campaigns.
